The problem space


The previous version of the ‘coverage activation’ page had no content hirearchy to it, giving the user the ‘text block lock’. This resulted in people not paying attention to the information because they didn’t know what information was important.

By chunking information into ‘snack’ sized pieces with content in cards, it is easier to skim and retain the information. I used different text weights to emphasize important areas that the eye would catch while scanning the page.
